In this project, students were asked to create screens to be installed on buildings that would play with the way that light permeates through the screen. These are 6"x 6" foam prototypes of screens that are composed of multiple layers of maps that were cut out with a hot wand. The screen is an autobiography of all the places I've considered home: Sunnyvale, California and Cambridge, Massachusetts.
