This project is done during my time working at Stantec.

I worked directly with a principal at Stantec on this multi-story residential building. I was in charge of the building model and edited the design according to discussions from client meetings. I was also responsible for editing the floor plans and running calculations to ensure that the building was able to fit the correct number of each type of unit. I also analyzed the site's accessibility to nearby subway stations, bus stops, and landmarks around the site, created studies of how the building would change the skyline view from different streets around the site, and produced presentation materials for meetings with the clients and the city.
